1- Podem concorrer à EVA jovens que tenham frequentado o 10º , 11º ou o 12º ano de escolaridade no ano letivo de 2022/2023;

2 - A escola terá um número máximo de 30 alunos (dependerá do orçamento disponível);

3 - A candidatura é feita electronicamente [link: https://forms.gle/x6nCqiV5DQg1rTsi6] , sendo obrigatório aos menores de 18 anos anexar uma Autorização do Encarregado de Educação (a autorização requerida encontra-se no formulário de inscrição);

4 - O prazo limite para recepção das candidaturas é no dia 31 de julho de 2023, às 23:59;

5 - A selecção dos candidatos é feita pela Comissão Organizadora da EVA, sendo os resultados divulgados online, no site da EVA, no início de agosto.

6 - A seleção dos alunos é feita com base nas Cartas de Motivação e Recomendação. A primeira é escrita pelo aluno e a segunda por um professor que conheça o aluno. Após feita a seleção, não poderá ser revogada;

7 - A EVA realizar-se-á nos dias 4 a 8 de setembro, no campus da Alameda do Instituto Superior Técnico. As sessões começam às 9h00 e terminam pelas 18h00 com vários intervalos entre sessões. O horário será divulgado mais perto da semana em que a EVA decorrerá;

8 - De modo a obter um certificado de participação na EVA, é necessária comparência obrigatória nos dias em que esta decorrer;

9 - A Comissão Organizadora da EVA23 abstém-se de qualquer responsabilidade relativa aos participantes menores ao longo do decorrer desta, sendo esta informação assegurada na Autorização do EE.

10 - O custo de inscrição é grátis.  O alojamento ao longo da EVA poderá ser assegurado, na Pousada de Juventude de Lisboa, caso o candidato tenha acesso a uma das bolsas disponíveis. 

11 - O acesso à bolsa de alojamento está condicionado ao número de bolsas de alojamento. As bolsas serão distribuídas de acordo com os mesmos critérios utilizados para a seleção dos alunos para a participação na EVA.

1 - Students that attended the 10th, 11th or 12th grade on the school year of 2021/2022 can apply to EVA. 

2 - The school has a maximum number of 30 students (it will depend on the available budget) 

3 - The application is done electronically [link:https://forms.gle/x6nCqiV5DQg1rTsi6]. Students below the age of 18 will have to attach to it a permission from their legal guardian (the required permission is in the application forms);

4 - The deadline to send in applications is on the 31st of July, 2023, at 23:59;

5 - The selection of the candidates is carried out by the EVA Organising Commission, and the results of this selection will be posted online, on EVA’s website, at the beginning of August;

6 - Student selection is based on the Motivation and Recommendation Letters. The first one is written by the student himself, and the second one is written by a teacher that knows the student. Once the selection is made, it cannot be revoked;

7 - EVA will take place between the 4th and the 8th of September, at the Alameda campus of Instituto Superior Técnico. Sessions will begin at 9h00 and end around 18h00 with several breaks between sessions. The schedule will be disclosed closer to the week in which EVA will take place;

8 - In order to obtain a certificate of participation in EVA, attendance is mandatory on the days in which it takes place;

9 - The EVA22’s Organising Commission abstains from any liability relating to minor participants throughout the course of the event, this information being assured in the legal guardian’s permission;

10 - The cost of registration is free. Accommodation during EVA can be guaranteed, at the Pousada de Juventude de Lisboa, if the candidate has access to one of the scholarships available.

11 - The access to a scholarship is subjected to the number of scholarships available. The candidates will be selected using the same criteria used to choose EVA participants.
